Individuals who are looking to buy a shihtzu puppy online are being targeted by scammers. These criminals have created a website called in order to look legitimate.
They post adverts on community websites advertising puppys.

After you contact the scammers about the puppy, the scammers state that the puppy needs to be transferred to their area and that requires an upfront payment. The prefered payment system is Moneygram, Western Union or Walmart to Walmart but they will accept any form of payment including bitcoin, iTunes vounchers or bank transfer.
Do not think that you can trace them if they use bank transfer as they will often use a “mule” who is not aware they are part of a scam. The down payment is then sent via wire transfer. The scammers then ignore your calls and emails or will contact you and tell you that something else has come up and they need further payment for the delivery of the puppy.

These criminals are happy for you to give them your Credit Card details which they will later use to empty your account. Of course once you have given them your credit card details they will demand that you pay by wire transfer! will claim to deliver the puppy using a Scam Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, a air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees.

  1. I purchased a shi Tzu from sales@shituzbreeder on Aug 26,2019 which I paid $630.00 via a ZELLA act. to the email of which she is part of this scam. During several emails with the shituz breeder only emails were exchanged which I have copies of and also a copy of the amount of money that I sent whoever. This person on the breeder account kept asking for our full names and addresses but never gave me their address or phone number so my only contact was thru email. He or she advised me that the dog had been sent to Atlanta Airport for flight to Greenville/Spartanburg airport and then would be delivered by ground delivery to our home. Then I received an email from this cargo company to give them an upfront amount of $960.00 which later changed to $990.00 before the dog would be shipped in a special carrier for climate control. My husband talk with them and they only ship motorcycles, cars, furniture, heavy equipment but no pets and are based out of Texas which is a legimate company but someone was trying to get this money from us to ship the dog. I know I probably will not get my money back and expect there is no dog. I WANT THIS WEB SITE SHUT DOWN. I don’t want another person jerked around for money like I was. Please help me with this by shutting this down I do have emails between me and this scammer since Aug 25th the last one this morning of Aug. 27th. 2019. thank you in Advance

    • Hi Stephanie – I would firstly recommend getting in contact with law enforcement. This type of transaction uses a US-based mule since Zelle is being used. Secondly, I would recommend emailing godaddy (the registrar of the domain) if you want the website shut down.
