The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party Larryteacuppoodles.com are advertising puppys for sale online. They use stolen credit cards and invent identities to defraud people shopping for a poodle puppy online. In the first email, the scammer will ask all the right questions, putting you through the motions to prove your suitability: how would we care for our puppy, how would we train him, how often would he be alone? Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer. The “breeder” will ignore any questions about their affiliation with any clubs or organisations, and questions about the puppy’s parents. The main focus now is convincing you to pay as soon as possible. The puppy will be shipped to you by the scammers perferred delivery company. There is no other option. If you insist on picking up your new poodle they will eventually agree. It makes no difference to them if you travel for 4 hours because they are not at the address they claim to be. Larryteacuppoodles.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, a air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. Texted with Larry who used 6722193062. Then told me to call the transport person. I believe it was the same guy. His number is 2102633639.
Working to get my money back.
We did not now how to do zelle and called our bank for help, but God was with me it would not take the email address and my banker said there are a lot of puppy scamers on internet have you checked them out, his email would not go through to send money. We would be out of the money my husband has saved for my Christmas present. There is a special hell for these type of people. Who can I contact to report them
I purchased a puppy through the website “Larry’s poodles”. The purchase was for 700$. The employer apparently shipped the puppy and even sent me a shipping number. The company he used to ship the puppy is “South Pacific logistics”. They called me and emailed me saying I needed to send them 1,280$ this is what the email stated:
“ As per USDA guidelines, it’s required that a Health-Travel Insurance Policy be provided when flying a pet at this time of the Corona-Virus outbreak.You are required to make a refundable payment of $1,280 to obtain Health-Travel insurance for your shipment. This Health-Travel insurance fee is 100% refundable (upon delivery of the shipment), according to the SPL Courier Service, and the USDA Standard Pet Aviation Policy of the US. Reimbursement will be conducted by SPL Courier Service Refunds Agent accompanied by a delivery Agent at your Doorstep”
I immediately contacted “Larry’s Poodle” and he confirmed that this was indeed a process due to covid19. He assured me I would receive a refund back. So he sent me a email on how to make the payment. The email stated:
Dear client
You will be making payment directly to our certified teller’s address headquarters in Ecuador where the Insurance Company is allocated via Western Union Money Transfer,
Bellow is our certified tellers’ address for payments.
* Receivers First Name / Maria Lourdes
*Receivers Last Name / Martinez Montoya
* Receivers Country/ Ecuador
*Receiver`s state/ Pichincha
*Receivers City/ Quito
*Receiver`s address / Ave. LA colon
* Receivers Zip Code / 170150
*Amount / $1280
I did try to pay them but western union told me this seemed like fraud and would not continue the transaction (thank god). I informed “Larry’s Poodle” of what happened and asked for a refund and he has yet to return my money even though I never received the puppy. I even informed them that I could have someone pick the puppy up from Los Angeles (since that’s where they said the puppy was at) but they have ignored me and have yet to compromise this situation.
Conclusion: Both companies are fraudulent and they both work together.
The top story is how I was almost scammed. I filled out the form online they sent an email then 10 min later sent a text telling me to check email. The first email seemed super legit. He and his wife breeding dogs in their retirement etc he sent me pictures and videos via email. My daughter was so excited but for some reason when I got the second email and text reality hit in something felt off. Glad I didn’t send any money! Sorry to the ones who sent money and was scammed! This is a horrible thing to do .
Telephone number: 702-763-8941. They cannot tell me what date the puppy was born right away. It took them about 15 minutes to respond August 15,2020, telling me a few times that she is 10 weeks old. They cannot provide photos of puppy parents – said he/they will send it later but does not have any photos now. Says it’s him and his wife that are breeding puppys in their retirement. Says they live in LV Nevada
This is exactly right! Just what happened to my wife and I. This website needs shut down!!!
The top story exactly the same thing that happened to me. They were able to scam $500 from me. I called my bank to report it and stop a payment. I’m just waiting for them to get my money back. They had ask for $650 and but zelle only allowed $500. So pissed
Thank goodness for confirming my suspicions! First red flag, no dates on the reviews. Second red flag their email read: “All you will have to pay is $650 for the puppy including shipping. We accept payment via Zelle because it directs the payment to our bank account. You can go ahead and make your purchase, we will deliver at your convenient schedule.”
I contacted them via email and provided my name, number and the puppy I wanted. They text me immediately and emailed me with pics and videos of dogs. They said they are in Vegas, I am only 3 hours from Vegas. I told them I’ll like to pick up the puppy myself, and pay them in person. And his respond was that “ my wife and I prefer delivery” I asked why would they offer pick up than. They wanted me to cashapp them and I refuse. BE ALERT THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Complete Scammers!…when I asked to see more pics including the puppies together and their parents …I got a response "we sold him" this was in literally a few hours! Do not fall for these people trying to take advantage of innocent people during a pandemic!!!
As of August 17, 2020 "larrysteacuppoodles.com" is still alive and kicking! They sent me pictures of a poodle along with a video, oh and texted me! I responded asking for a "facetime" video of the featured puppy and to call and speak with them. Of course crickets, no response thus far through texting and email. I did my homework, and they get an "F!"
