Cavaliersparadise.com are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual cavalier king charles spaniel puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The shipping company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

  1. On or about December 3, 2021 I was searching the internet to help me find a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy. After locating Cavalierspuppyparidice.com I filled out an information questionnaire and was contacted by Mr. X via phone304-xxx-1855. We communicated by phone, text messages, and email. We agreed on price of puppy (named Rose 13wks old) for a sales price including shipping of One Thousand and one dollars. This amount was paid 12/7/2021 using my account Bank America Account xxx-xxxx-xxxx- using Zeli.

On 12/7/2021 the puppy was allegedly ship by Ace Logistics to Atlanta international airport. Once she arrived at the Airport, I got a call stating that the Animal Control at the Airport due to inadequate shipping crate and informed me that I had to get a environmentally controlled crate for a rental with a 90% return of deposit upon receipt of dog. I paid 1,900.00 again using the Zeli service.

Thinking that all was taken care of I was notified 12/10/2021 that the Seller had not purchased Insurance as required and that if i did not pay the insurance immediately that I would be charged with Animal Abandonment by the Animal Control Officer at the Airport, or she would held in quarantine for 4 months at my Expense; So I conceded to pay 900.00 and the seller paying 800.00: I paid this again using Zeli.

On 12/10/2021 they again contacted me and informed me that the Seller failed to have the puppy vaccinated and they needed to pull permit for a cost of 1,030 dollars. Again, with the same threats. I paid this by purchasing three Vanilla Visa Credit Cards

    Thanks for assistance

    Dennis
