The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party Alastairsheltiehome.com are advertising puppys for sale online. They use stolen credit cards and invent identities to defraud people shopping for a sheltie puppy online. In the first email, the scammer will ask all the right questions, putting you through the motions to prove your suitability: how would we care for our puppy, how would we train him, how often would he be alone? Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer. The “breeder” will ignore any questions about their affiliation with any clubs or organisations, and questions about the puppy’s parents. The main focus now is convincing you to pay as soon as possible. The puppy will be shipped to you by the scammers perferred delivery company. There is no other option. If you insist on picking up your new sheltie they will eventually agree. It makes no difference to them if you travel for 4 hours because they are not at the address they claim to be. Alastairsheltiehome.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Pet Delivery Service which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, pet delivery boxes, pet medication delivery for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. These scammers have even been known to charge for pet food delivery for a non existent pet! To see more scam websites involving sheltie puppys have a look at Sheltie Puppy Scams.ScreenShot

I think they have a new name. Kaston Fury Shelties. I couldn’t find anything on them online. On the about me page of their website they mention the puppies are litter box trained and use scratching post. I found that odd. I just got text 480-409-4893 regarding puppies so I looked it up and found the phone number listed your website using different name. Thankfully I will not be doing business with them because of what I found here. Here is their new website https://kastonfurryshetlandpaws.com/available-puppies.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIudX24sr–gIVWcvICh3ULAmYEAAYASAAEgI5_vD_BwEl.
Carolyn Williams, this same thing happened to me the past few days. I contacted scottshetlandhome.com about purchasing a sheltie. Corresponded with Brianna Harris (480-409-4893). Sent her $975 for puppy, which included a transportation fee. My puppy was to be shipped by HAPPY TAILS COUNTY, the phone number (620-640-0334)the gentleman called me from was the EXACT SAME as your transport company. He wanted $1500 for an electronic carrier that the dog had to be shipped in. $50 rental fee and $1450 escrow deposit that would be returned to me. Funny thing was he would only accept CASH, BANK TRANSFER, ZELLE. I asked about using a credit card, he said NO, it took to long to get money.
Update to my earlier post…just received another email from International Air Carrier Transport telling me my puppy’s flight was on hold. According to the Insurance and Quarantine Service Center for the City’s International Airport an insurance certificate fee of $1825.20 is required, BUT is refundable at the time of the puppy’s delivery to my home. Yeah, sure. I just want to make everyone aware, so that no one else falls victim to this horrible scam.
I was just scammed by them. The information I have on them from their alleged shipping company is: BRUENA WRIGHT, 3217 W. Orange wood Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85051 and a phone number of (480) 409-4893. The puppy was to be shipped via a company called International Air Carrier Transport and their phone number is (602) 640-0334. This company called and wanted $1500 ($50 rental fee and $1450 ‘caution fee’ to be refunded immediately when the puppy arrived at my door).
The seller was quick to respond to my emails until I questioned the additional $1500 shipping fee and then communications stopped.
