I purchased a corgi from a breeder on line. They use pacific frieght(spelled wrong) express. They wanted $310 refundable insurance deposit then they wanted $550 for city permit to deliver the dog. They made a lot of threats and said they were going to sue us. We did not get our dog or the money they took back.
