My rottweiler puppy was supposed to be transported by friendlypetcarrier. Everything was going fine until Dale Martin, Pittsburgh, PA., called me to request $950.00 for insurance, which would be refunded upon successful delivery of the puppy. The breeder Mark Payson , also of Pittsburgh, PA., has assured me this is not a scam.
