Who registered Apgshippers.com?

Apgshippers.com was registered on November 28, 2016 with ENOM, INC. . It was registered using the following details:
Name:WHOISGUARD PROTECTED (dab51f441fea4be49b8bcf1f5daa4284.protect@whoisguard.com)
Address:P.O. BOX 0823-03411, PANAMA, PANAMA, Panama
These details are correct as of today (July 13, 2017) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. Apgshippers.com was registered using the email address dab51f441fea4be49b8bcf1f5daa4284.protect@whoisguard.com. It was registered 7 months and 15 days ago on November 28, 2016  and expires November 28, 2017. To look at it another way, this “company” only started November 28, 2016 and does not plan to be using the website after November 28, 2017 as it has only a 1 year registration. Would you trust these people enough to pay them money?
