The trouble with a purchase like a puppy is that the internet is the most common place to look.
No-one wants to support cruel breeding farms, and most legitimate breeders have websites and also advertise online.
Criminals take advantage of this by creating their own websites and paying for advertising using stolen credit cards.
These scammers have multiple websites which sell other puppys besides english bulldogs. They normally go for the most popular breeds as they can find the most victims.
If you enquire about one of their puppys they will offer you huge discounts. They will even throw in the best puppy food for your new puppy!
Englishbullies4all.su will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fake Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, veternary bills, pet medication delivery for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. These scammers have even been known to charge for pet food delivery for a non existent pet!

I was looking on the website englishbullies4allsu. and within minutes Scott Anderson emailed me regarding my interest in his puppies. He gave me a long email how they are a small business with new puppies getting ready to be born and tbey don’t have the room to keep the older puppies so they have slashed their price. They are looking for only exceptionally good and caring homes for their puppies. How you become a family with them once you purchase one of their puppies because they check up on them through out their lives to make sure they are doing okay. If for any reason they do not fit into your family, they will buy them back from you or if they develop an illness the vet says is congenital or dies within the first year the seller will replace the puppy.
We picked out what was supposed to be a purebred 11 week old female English Bulldog. She was reduced to $1000 with a $250 shipping fee. I explained to Mr Anderson that we had been scammed before for a lot more than $1250 so I was very cautious. When he asked for the bank transfer and the bank was in MI and the account was in another person’s name red flags went up as they live in VA. I questioned regarding that but he thought he had a good answer. He wanted us to sign a sales contract but I just told him we accepted it for now. Another red flag was when he made the shipping arrangements she was going to ship out of Norfolk International Airport at 7:15 pm on 03/13/2023 and arrive at Bangor International Airport at 10:45 am on 03/13/2023. I emailed Mr Anderson and asked how she could arrive before she left. I told him we could pick her up Saturday 03/18/2023. A gentleman from the shipping company called me to say she would leave as planned at 7:15pm on 03/13/2023 and arrive in Bangor on Saturday 03/18/2023. He said she wouldn’t arrive in New York until the next day, well everyone knows that VA isn’t that far from NY especially by air unless they were going a new way. He said he would let me know when she departed and landed. NOT!!!!
I emailed Mr Anderson, today, asking the whereabouts of my dog as she was still on his website. I explained to him we were planning on being at the airport on Saturday and if our dog was there I would transfer the money via paypal (adding an additional $50) immediately. If she wasn’t there then it just proved he was a scammer and he lost out on getting our money. I said right now it doesn’t look gofor you. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. He was not haywith me. He said they would pass on doing business with us. He provided us with any information we asked for and we’re still doubting them. They are only trying to find the best homes for their dogs, it’s their priority. All I talk about is money and givig orders to satisfy my needs. I haven’t signed the contract or paid and I expect them to hold the dog for me. If it’s not to my convenience they will pass. Thanks hope you find the puppy you’re looking for. My response to was–so that means you never sent the puppy in the first place. There is no puppy and you could care less whst kind of home she gets. How old are these pictures and do the real owners know you stoled them? If you are so honest and trustworthy why is your website and the shipping company you use on a number of pet scam websites? I guess all the people you scammed bought into your little scheme because there wasn’t a puppy waiting for them to pickup. So you can get off your little high horse about how honest and legitimate you are because you don’t know the meaning of those two words. It’s so sad that there are people like you out there. Get an honest job!!!! That really made him see red. His response. What are you talking about? So you want us to send her where as you haven’t paid for her? What are you trying to explain? Go and seethe people that scammed you! We don’t fraud here and stop saying things you don’t know about. That’s the issue with you guys when you have been scammed before, you think everyone does that! We are done! Have a big day!
They give you a tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times but it never lets you. They also tell you that they will call you to keep you informed as to each step of your puppy’s journe. That didn’t happen.
