They claims to sell puppys but the domain was actually created by criminals in order to defraud people wanting to buy a chihuahua.
Once you express interest in buying one of the puppys the scammer will send you a template email telling you a lot of details about the puppy as well as information on the best puppy food to use, and how you should take care of your new puppy.

They will even send you “proof” by showing you pictures they have stolen off the internet of chihuahua puppys. will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fraudulent Delivery company.
The “delivery company” is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees.

  5. I was scammed by Elvira Chihuahuas puppies home. For 650$ there should be a way you can get them. Send the money through zella or cash app. They get it taken right out. Do not buy anything from them

  6. I’m so glad that I checked for this before sending money! Same scammer now using email Still the same name as Elvira, same address, everything. This website saved me hundreds from a scammer. Thank you.

  7. Please do not purchase a puppy from Westco Schnauzer puppies. This website is a scam. They are using the same phone number that they used for the Chihuahua website. It is also the same address. So if you see the phone # 213-349-1356 and or address 5305 Cottage Cove Dr. Riverbank, CA 95367 do not trust them. Report them immediately. I am very fortunate that I researched the address and phone # first and did not give them any money.

    • Hi,
Just saw your notice on westco schnauzer puppies. We are about to purchase a pocket beagle under website, and they emailed their address same 5395 Cottage Cove Dr Riverbank, Ca
How did you find out they were a scam. I looked under scam breeders and could not find them on their list.

  8. Person on this site now goes by Elvira, no last name given and no telephone provided. Only email ([email protected]). Address was given since I requested to see the pup, but as I see on the scammers site, this address was given for

  9. Elvira chihuahua puppies is a scam, same pictures as shown on Miliano chihuahua’s site. Email used now is [email protected]. Offering $650 puppies includes shipping from California to Florida. Please BEWARE!

  10. I am looking at the same address given by Elvira chihuahua puppies, Price is way lower than other breeders and includes shipping costs. Has anyone bought from Elvira Chihuahuas? Email used is [email protected]

    • The most obvious advice to help you is to ask for a videochat with the breeder. Never make a payment deposit until you have actually seen what you intend to purchase.

  11. I was trying to purchase a Pomeranian puppy with name Elias Trecory and we actually found the real person. The scammer is actually using the same account [email protected] .
Reported it already to the banks and Police for report so no one can send them more money to this account. They would usually ask where did you get the advertisement because they have so many. So they can get their story right. They are also going to use a site to pretend to send a puppy on an agency instead of you meeting them. So do not buy puppy to someone who never met in person. You should not send money to people you do not know for any reason. I had that gut feeling but I try to believe and I gamble only $150 and I was like thats it. no more money for him and I will do my best to get his ask more work and get caught. NOW all the sites connected to my story is all shutdown by him//her for sure because his scare to get catch. He/She is just another person and will burn to hell for misleading people for all his scams.

  12. We tried to purchase “Anna” from Miliano chihuahua’s and we paid $500 via Zelle to Anderson Spark, her husband’s email and $150 Walmart gift card. Then we got an email on the morning she was supposed to be shipped to us, saying we need to send $1500 for a thermal electronic crate for the flight. We asked for a refund and “Nina” said she’d refund us with Walmart gift cards with 14 days

  13. Hi,
I was producut of the scam of Milliano Chihuahua.. Thankfully I got my money BACK! Here are a couple names they used, Nina S Sparks and Bernard Nganyi
the emails they used were [email protected] and [email protected] the phone number I was in contact with them is 213-349-1356. They also use the Zelle app with the sarahluvssoccer email. Hopefully this is helpful, I’m glad to see this site shut down!
