We Almost got scammed by these people as well. You send them a message inquiring about the cats, they contact you back and ask you questions as if they want to know if the cat will be going to a good home. Once they scream you and say you would be a perfect candidate, then they tell you they can have a cat delivered the next day for a low cost. They ask you to send payment through Zelle and other apps. The payments kept failing, thank God. Either way we got a weird feeling and looked a website up and seen they were registered as a scam. We even asked them to send a video with the cat and say my husbands name. They stalled and said they were busy but they would do it which they did in the next 10 minutes. We noticed that the cat and the video did not have the same patterns as the cat we were interested in, another red flag is the guy that said my husband’s name sounded British, which in the previous videos it was an English speaking lady with no accent. We then asked them to zoom or a video call and they never responded. We’re so grateful that the money never went through and we lost out. Please be aware there are evil people out there, do a zoom call just to make sure and they should have reviews!
I’m glad you posted this. I was skeptical with the low cost of the cat including delivery. I’ll be reporting the abuse.
