*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual beagle puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The shipping company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

Ripped me off of $550.00 for a puppy along with COASTALLOGISTICS SHIPPING

Purchased a puppy from Erie PA from this man , once he had my money said the shipping company needed to put her in a special crate and the rental fee on the crate would be $1500-2000 but not to worry it was refundable. NOTE: when purchased the puppy all shipping was to be paid by the breeder.
(Looser) also a 30 day money back guarantee. So I said just send me back y money .
He said no you purchase a crate . Again shipping was on him. Plus a 30 day money back guarantee .
Now the site is gone and so is the transportation site .

  2. Omg I just sent $300.00 for a deposit to these people Now this Eric Scott is non-existent. All of the flags were red & my want for this adorable dog overlooked them all. I went through cash app & filed a police report but it looks like Im just out of $300.00 what a shame. As much grilling as i did to him he still won & now I feel sooo stupid that I let him. He took it down but If you ever come across this site report & discontinue your search non of these people can be trusted even the the good guys, so if you cant physically see & purchase the dog In person it’s not for you, dont be a victim of fraud,

    • He didn’t take the website down. I filed an abuse complaint with his web server and told them what was going on and they shut him down. Yay! I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Hope he gets what’s coming to him in the end, or before!
