  1. Hi,
Just a question, this was Premier Pups out of Ohio? Are they a scam? I have seen them on Instagram and they have tons of followers,
Also have seen a lot of good reviews, but o don’t understand why they want a picture of yourself with photo id and the picture of the last 4 digits of the credit card used? Also a picture of your online bank showing your deposit went through…. they know the deposit went through because it would have said declined!! Please help am I being scammed?

  2. Hi there
I’m not sure if you can help but my brother in law went on premium bulldogs australia and was told he would be getting his puppy yesterday. Then to be told he will be coming today and has not been given the flight details.
His transferred the funds another friend inquired about the same dog and they said it’s still available, so I’m at a lose of what to do. Do you know if there site is fake?

  3. I have been looking at puppies on The comments above sound like the ones I got from them. I have been ‘chatting’ with a Jerry Smith Customer Support. 5 year anniversary sale buy one dog for $499 get second one for $299. Free delivery within 48 hours. He wants payment made through Western Union. It is stated to not state you are making a purchase, tell them you are making a payment to your cousin. Payment is to be sent to ALBERT WIKOFF, 4625 Living Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15201. Are they running the scam under a new name or is legit??

  4. Do anyone know if this is the same site and if so would you let people know

  5. WARNING this company is open under another name now. I have been looking for a yorkie but I have been scammed enough to do research. That is the exact same website just a new name apparently because the BBB and multiple sources found them to be fraud. This guys name is Mike Summers and the phone number he gives out for premier-pups and Puppies-spot is a text now number, which is a free telephone app. I know this because the first time I ever called him it went to voicemail saying the textnow subscriber is not available. Please don’t let this crook break your heart or wallet. It even has the same maltese puppies on the home page smh.

    • Hi Amanda, I am pretty sure that you bought your puppy from premierpups DOT com and not premier-pups. has now been shut down.

      • Hi Alexa, we cannot promote a breeder on Neither can we allow visitors to promote their, or another, genuine site.
I can say that we have reviewed and does not fit any criteria for us to issue a warning.
I would strongly recommend that you facetime with the puppy you choose and the breeder. This is something that a criminal can not do.

  6. I literally just sent money to buy a corgi, and now I found this website. I have been looking for a corgi for so long, and I swear to god if all this is true, I am gonna break down. I was recently in the hospital for mental reasons and I could really use this dog companion…

    • Hi Anna,
Firstly, how did you send the money? If it was by WesternUnion, Moneygram etc please contact the company to try to stop the transaction.
These are professional criminals without a conscious . They often target people when they are at their most vulnerable.
You will not find a puppy at Premier Pups.
We publish these warnings to help as many people as possible. A LOT of people fall for these scams but we hope to limit the amount of money they lose.

I can not offer you any help with the stress I know you must be feeling except to tell you that it is now over, they cannot continue to scam you.
For what it is worth, I would recommend visiting your local puppy rescue and find the most deserving dog there. The benefits of pet ownership cannot be under estimated. You can buy a purebred which will help but rescuing an animal that needs you as much as you need him/her is exponentially better, for you and for the pup.
Good luck and dont let these criminals change your world.

  7. I joined the club yesterday. Paid 499.00 through Zelle a week ago….went on vacation. Puppy was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 29th…..surprise…intense weather….we need 995.00 refundable for crate. OK….weather bad…I get refund. 2 hours later….1200.00 for insurance. First thing should have been the fact they don’t take credit cards, and want WU or Moneygram. Shipper called today and said he was charging me $1.07 daily for extra food and care. See others have contacted BBB….I notified Zelle of fraud today and will be calling Pittsburg Police tomorrow. Guess if it looks too good…it isn’t.

    • thing happened to us but we stopped paying when they said they wanted insurance money they are scammers and we are out 3000.00 I contacte attorney and attorney genral in pa

  8. Well, I have been scammed by Premier Pupps and delivery company United Air Carrier. I paid for the puppy, then I paid for a special carrier of $995 and now they want and additional fee of $1200 for pet insurance. I am out $1500. And NO PUPPY! I am heart broken. I lost a beloved pet and I needed a puppy for the love I have missed. BEWARE

  9. I thought something was wrong with this supposed puppy place. . I had several email exchanges and phone conversations with a man from Pittsburg PA. There was commotion in the background, and after asking perhaps too many questions, and his answers were very vague, he said he couldn’t talk, to call him back the next day – which I never did. The website had generic descriptions of the puppies with no specifics – something a reputabe breeder would not do. Also, the $499. price including shipping was one of those too good to be true (because it wasn’t , I see). The pictures of the puppies online stayed the same. The entire operation seemed shady. I did not pursue dealing with them, and now seeing the comments, I’m glad I didn’t.

  10. I found this after the fact. They look legitimate, as I breed and sell dogs myself. I paid for a chihuahua to add to my lines and all I got was more emails and phone calls asking for more money. zelle: Britan Scales. Phony delivery is united air movers claiming to be registered with Aphis and Animal Transportation Association. They aren’t registered with either. zelle: Collin Kean and Weston Graham. There is no excuse for people doing business this way. I have reported them to the BBB and have learned they lied about their address and haven’t responded to BBB inquiry. These people must be shut down as it damages the reputations of honest people who do business online as well as the countless victims who lose hard earned money. The fellow I spoke with from this “air mover” company spoke with a french accent and had a phone number based out of Kilmarnock, Va. united air movers phone number: +1 804-435-5112. Premier phone number: +1 540-835-0598. I have all emails and photos of website and transactions. I would gladly share with anyone who wishes to go after them. I want justice.

  11. I feel terrible that I fell for this SCAM! I did not find this website until after I spent 800.00 for 2 puppies., for our young daughters When I got the message to send 1250.00 for special crate I knew something was wrong . When I contacted Premier-pups and said I would not pay that they quit communicating!
    My daughters are devastated!
These are Terrible people that should pay for this!

  12. An update:
I have heard from this scam website again, and their “free shipping” came with this statement in the latest email: “SHIPMENT IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD: BUT DUE TO THE POOR WEATHER CONDITION HERE, THE PUPPY WILL BE NEEDING A CRATE AND AN ANTI PRESSURE VACCINE TO BE TRANSPORTED SAFELY. ”

  13. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this website until after I sent them $499.00 of my teenage daughters’ hard earned money for a pomsky puppy. They are supposed to be contacting me today with the travel information. I have contacted them, questioning their legitimacy and have yet to get a response. Lesson learned.
Here is their information, I hope it helps someone else:

    Tel: +1 540-835-0598
    Calling Hours:
    Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5 PM EST
Office Address: 6425 Living Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15206
    Zelle account: Name: Loren Jos

    • you will not hear from them again they are scammers do not send money to them
      we are out 3000.00

    • No need to apologise Alex!
It may sound harsh but we need this blanket ban otherwise we are smothered in comments from scammers. We do not publish this ban because sometimes scammers will promote their site.
That makes it easier for us to create a fraudwarning for them but this site is for consumers and not for collecting info on scams 😉
