*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual french bulldog puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The Scam Delivery company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

It was registered using the following details:

Black & White Pomeranian Puppy “Ester” was too be shipped from Cairns 6/55 Cairns St Cairns Qld.$850
Logistics were too be transferred via World Remit $350 for Courier and $50 for door delivery.
Francis stated the $500 for the puppy wasnt required until the puppy was recieved.
Was given a Tracking number which was kept up to date by Logistics. Logistics sent a “Reciept of Registration” which had a different tracking number ??? When that was checked out, Ester the same puppy was being sent too a Daphne Yuan in Melbourne. When this was questioned they said it was an error they had 2 puppies there infront of him. Both named Ester and the black & white one was being delivered as per requested, they appoligized.
Logistics Then informed another $485 was too be transferred via World Remit for “Transfer of Ownership” papers while puppy was held at customs. An edited Fake copy was emailed with visible cut and paste marks.
Started investigating.. while reading Kristin Donelans comment on this page. It all made sense!!!
I Recieved another email from Logistics stating the air flight ticket had expired and needed too be re validated requesting another $450.
Spoke too World Remit they are unable too refund amounts payed into the account as they have cleared.

The name I have for Latapam puppies is Francis Caradez, but I doubt if that is the true name. Mobile phone no. is 0488 845 221, but will not speak on the phone because of “health issues”. Will only email or text. I had to transfer $400 for transport fees with a company called Titakam Logistic Transporters who give an address as 18/108 McLeod Street in Cairns: Tel +61 7 56560 6255 which is an international number. Email:, which is probably a scam email address, but does go to someone supposedly in that company. I had to forward transportation costs to a bank in the Phillipines because their banking website was having difficulties and it would take 2 – 3 weeks to rectify! Really!!? I was then notified the dog was in transit, but was hammered to have it in the bank within 1-2 hours. Notified that puppy was in Adelaide, going through customs (customs for an interstate delivery??). Then notified again a couple hours later that puppy could not be delivered until Proof of Ownership papers were produced. Rang Adelaide Airport to ascertain if there was a puppy being delivered and they said not at all and suggested I call the AFP. I should have woken up to this scam when I had to transfer funds to the Phillipines and again today $485 dollars to the Phillipines for the Proof of Ownership document. Needless to say, the money is still in my account! SCAM, SCAM. BEWARE!!

I just had a look on Gumtree for Frenchie puppies and saw their ad on there, the price of $850 for one of their available pups is too good to be true the same goes for their “About Us” story, lucky I googled the ad..

  4. They use and
    0488 839 496
Tried to sell us a puppy pushing for our details to courier the puppy. The ‘courier ‘ is also fake asking you to pay increase costs for puppy’s comfort . His residence is someone’s else’s home in QLD, refused us to visit or pick up but courier only . Beware !!

  5. WARNING!! They are not legit ! We almost gave them $ but asked for a quick video and they said – we do not do videos. No actual address for them when we offer to come and pick up the puppy . They said we only ship (courier )
Do what you can to get their website removed .

  6. They are still trying to scam people they tried with me just last week. They advertised on Gumtree under bulldog breeders Gold Coast. I did a fair bit of looking into this company and they transport company they use does not exists and the address they use is in Cairns QLD residents place. Hopefully they will be caught ASAP. Gumtree need to remove them from their website. I did contact them about this matter.

  7. I have been talking to them for 2days now about a puppy. I have ask where they were located several time they never answer that question. They agreed to take 600 for a puppy. Thank you for your information. I guess they are scammers. All so known as Sagabulldogs.

  8. Thanks for the info, I had just emailed these people with a ton of questions about a pup and felt that it was too cheap a price. If they decide to get back to me I will let you know their details.
