Who are Upvetsclinic.com?

l find that there is a previous warning posted by Susan Bright on 24 Aug 2018 which is the same webpage but using a different website URL as universalpetclinic.com. That means scammer try to use or create another/ new URL using the same webpage but the contact informations are different. How to stop the scammer to do this? These details are correct as of today (October 10, 2018) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. Upvetsclinic.com was registered using the email address [email protected]. It was registered 1 month and 8 days ago on September 2, 2018  and expires September 2, 2019. To look at it another way, this “company” only started September 2, 2018 and does not plan to be using the website after September 2, 2019 as it has only a 1 year registration. Would you trust these people enough to pay them money?
