Scammer provided the name Mark Daniel and informed the consumer his wife, Britney Jones will receive the money at a Western Union. Scammer sent text messages stating, in order to ship the purchased puppies, the airport is requiring $1500.00 for crates, to place the puppies in during the flight. Scammer advised the consumer these funds are fully refundable upon arrival of the flight. Scammer then stated to consumer, the puppies are not able to enter into Texas due to vaccinations, quarantine restrictions and permit requirements. Scammer stated to consumer, an additional $1000.00 is needed to pay for the quarantine and permit to allow the puppies into Texas.
