*Scammers use a physical address to appear more legitimate. The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third  party are criminals. Their goal is to steal your money.
They will lie, they will tell you sob stories, they will send you pictures of puppys which they have found online, they will assure you of their faith and religion – anything to get your money!

These scammers offer huge discounts that no actual schnauzer puppy breeder would ever offer. If you see an offer that is too good to be true, it probably is. After you have paid the (hugely discounted) initial fee for the puppy you will be introduced to the “shipping company”.

The Scam Delivery company is simply another website created by the scammer to charge you even more fees for everything from delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, medical insurance for your puppy and even ask you to pay for premium pet food for your puppy!

To see some of these scam delivery companies have a look at Scam Shipping Company.

Who registered was registered on August 1, 2019 with NameCheap, Inc. .

It was registered using the following details:

These details are correct as of today (September 4, 2019) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. was registered using the email address [NOT KNOWN].
It was registered on August 1, 2019  and expires August 1, 2020.

To look at it another way, this “company” only started August 1, 2019 and does not plan to be using the website after August 1, 2020 as it has only a registration.

  1. I clicked the link to send the email. Here is the response that I received.:

Thank you for contacting us here and in the ticket OAZ-850-53844.

Please let us proceed with the further correspondence via this one. The additional ticket has been closed in order to avoid any possible miscommunication.

This is to inform you that we have reviewed your complaint regarding the following domains:

While the domain names do have as the registrar, we do not have the ability to oversee what data are being transmitted through their site. We do not own the domain names mentioned in your complaint, we are simply the registrar that the registrants purchased the domain names from.

The issue would need to be addressed through the hosting providers to see if their terms of service have been violated, and would need to be addressed through the domain registrants as they should be the individual that would control what particular content is being exchanged. We have no way to police these issues as we do not control the hosting company in this instance.

While we understand your issue, we are not in a position where we can make a determination of the validity of your statements. If you believe you are the victim of an internet crime, or if you are aware of an attempted crime, you can file a complaint through Internet Crime Complaint Center at You also may contact either your lawyer(s) or the local authorities in order get the issue resolved. We will assist them in any way we can.

    Thank you for understanding.

So now I will move forward with the hosting providers.

    • Hi Tami,
Namecheap are shirking their responsibilities. Shutting down the hosting will only stop the website for an hour or so. The scammer can easily transfer to another host.
It will do nothing to affect the scammers email.
You will need to remind Namecheap that you are filing a “Domain Abuse Report” which is not a site content abuse report.
Namecheaps attitude is well known as they seem to prefer to make pennies from scammers rather than safe victims dollars.
Namecheap are not the largest registrar however they sponsor the lions share of criminals websites.

  2. Working on getting this site taken down. He owns many sites it seems. He has made it my mission to take them all down. I will work relentlessly to protect others.

  3. Margie,
This same person also runs It is the exact same puppies, exact same individual. He said his name was Moham Sey. Email: [email protected]. He said Louisville, Ky but as well know this too is a lie. I am not stopping until he is shut down. And I will keep looking for every website he lists that scams people. He just messed with the wrong person. I have also reported him to the local and federal authorities. I am sick of these people.

  4. This guy is a complete scam. I have reported him to the authorities and there is an active investigation. I had paid him when I started suspecting something wrong. He then became belligerent and his English digressed with his emotional tantrum. I am so sick and tired of these scams. I am not going to stop until he and his 2 websites are shut down. Then I will continue to watch for him and other puppy scammers. It has become my new mission in life. These people take money from hard working individuals and tug on the heart strings of those who love animals. I Am Sick Of It. He will regret every speaking to me or taking my money. I will not stop until this individual is arrested. Of course, he likely lives in another country. At the very least I will keep shutting him down until he has to get an honest job.
