My daughter just got scammed. They are now using citiZens pet shippers. The emails show Gerald Smith Caregar as the branch manager. The number is 323 505-2484.
Confirming Janette’s comment above: Citizenshippers, with an “s” on the end may be a con, but Citizenshipper with NO “s” on the end is a legitimate company that ships pets. My daughter is a Certified Veterinary Technician and delivers pets for people as an independent contractor for Citizenshiper. Note that many people will not or cannot move their pets via airlines. This service is needed and works well for pet owners. Look at their reviews.

Shipper and shippers is two different words. Need to look. One is a scam and the other isnt. I think I will stick to American Airlines.
