These details are correct as of today (May 8, 2017) but the name and address could possibly belong to an innocent third party if the domain was registered using a stolen credit card. Interstateshippers.com was registered using the email address 8a6be6ce472444048b3c18363527f079.protect@whoisguard.com. It was registered 6 months and 6 days ago on November 2, 2016  and expires November 2, 2017.
