Nice pictures. great response time. even answers questions on the particular kitten in question. but a fraud. I just want to save someone else the headache and money… the website is registered through Iceland.

Subject: BILL OF SALE FOR YOUR PUREBREED FEMALE POMERANIAN PUPPY NAME CAVIER

Unfortunately, we cannot do a video call, we are not a store, we breed these puppies here at home with our kids running around, video calls are supposed to be between friends and family and not with strangers, we cannot expose our kids to something like that. We’ve heard horrific stories of webcams and it terrifies us till date. We did sent you a video of the puppy.

This time they used the name of ‘Cheryl Boston Terrier Puppies’, but it was the exact website as the previous ‘Gaga…’ name with the same dogs pictures and information. I used Venmo and paid $600 for the puppy plus $150 to have it shipped to us. After I told a family member about it, they asked if I made sure they weren’t a scam. I was reassuring them that it wasn’t when I watched the Boston Terrier Society’s You Tube video about puppy scams. I then tried calling the phone number on the website and it was not in use. I then read through the Testimonials and someone referred to the business as ‘Gaga Boston Terriers’ rather than ‘Cheryl Boston Terriers’. I then did a scam search for Gaga and came across this website. DANG they got me! I put a stop payment through my bank and reported to Venmo right away. Unfortunately, the criminals already got the cash, but it had not cleared my bank yet. So Venmo is out the $750, but it did not come out of my account. Venmo said that if I had hit the toggle button to state this was ‘For A Purchase’ rather than a ‘Payment Between Friends’, they could then take legal action to get the $750 back. ALWAYS use the ‘For A Purchase’ when using Venmo with an unknown merchant. Lesson learned!

I told him if he was so legit and the deposit for the shippers controlled crate (which was 100% refunded) so they say…was refundable that he should pay the shipping fees. That would show some good faith. BUT NO, After that comment he wont answer me calls or text message. I also reports them to the FBI, Federal trade commission, scam adviser and wrote a shitty review on yelp. These people need to be stopped!!!!!!!!!

I know it is sometimes hard to find breeders close enough to do that, but when you are spending sometimes thousands of dollars buying a family member, it is worth it. At least ask the breeder right from the beginning, WHEN can you come to see the puppies in person. If they give you an excuse why you can’t, move on. That is a HUGE red flag. Even if it isn’t a scammer it may be a puppy mill. There is some reason they don’t want you visiting them so just pass. I always encourage people to come visit us and tell them even if they don’t buy from me, insist on visiting anyone else. Of course all the things mentioned in the article are big flags. Never agree to “add ons” a legitimate breeder will be upfront from the get go about ALL fees. I know it’s exciting to see a cute puppy but trust me, you will find another and won’t get scammed along the way.

Found an Instagram profile- and saw the perfect dog. I contacted them and they sent me an address near my area and asked me to send a deposit via Zelle and after come and take the dog. I told I will come in 2 days to pick up, so they started asking for more money. I understood that it was a scam, and asked for my money back – they blocked me.

Then they wanted another $1200 for the crate. I said no. I too couldn’t afford to lose that money. I don’t work. I’m on disability. I had to save up only to be scammed . They need to pay . Scamming vulnerable people.

For some reason, I also cannot submit my report on this website? It keeps telling me that I have “errors” yet when I go back I cannot find any.
I contacted this “seller” in regard to a puppy. Immediately the person was telling me that the dogs were still available and they could take a deposit and schedule for me to come to see the pups since I live less than 3 hours away. I asked about hours of availability which they told me and then began to tell me that they accepted wire, Zelle, cash app, and Paypal and then asked if I could put a deposit down that day. I was then sent photos of these pups. A conversation ensued in which the person was a bit pushy about the deposit and how it could be paid because I wanted to use a credit card. They pushed a bit for a Vanilla Visa card which I thought was a bit strange that if they accepted that, then why not a Visa Credit Card from a reputable bank (Barclays or CitiBank)? I also thought it very strange that they would want a deposit (of more than half!) from me the day before I wanted to schedule to come to see the pups and that if I did want a delivery it was an extremely low amount. I began doing research and matching photos only to discover that several of the photos from the website were of puppies taken off of other websites, one being from 2016! The person’s contact info was for Micah Joy Daguinotas. Routing number 026073008 (Community Federal Savings Bank) and the account number of 8311545870. When stating I would just Zelle money then the person’s name turned into Jeffrey Stapleton @ Apeoalenefe@gmail.com. I also looked up their apparent address of 11540 Chamberlaine Way, Adelanto, CA. The email address they were using for the website is adamyorkieshome.com. Phone number of 559-481-4320.
One of the photos of a puppy that they claimed after just a few hours was the only female left was taken next to a pool and the home at this address is kind of run down with no pool in the backyard according to Zillow and google earth.

I think this might be the second scammer I crossed fro Texas I’m out 800.00. Refused to pay the insurance for the puppy to fly. I knew the puppy was insured on the flight the carrier has to ensure all passengers. Shipping was 150.00. That should have covered everything. The puppy made it to Arkansas when they decided they needed to charge for the insurance

Not even the shippers had a debit or credit card machine. They used Venmo. I contacted the FBI and the SSI took my statement. I tired of people stealing hardworking peoples money.
