At 6:00 am I received an email from the “pet transport company” telling me that the crate the puppy was dropped off in is too small and, because of possible turbulence I flight, the crate needs to be temperature controlled. I was told I needed to immediately send them an additional $980 cash for the crate expense, but not to worry, once the plane landed and the agent brought me the puppy, they would also give me back the $980 in cash…..HUGE RED FLAG!

I am currently still emailing the guy from WesternMiniDachshnds.com at MaleakMartin@yahoo.com, he keeps finding ways to tell me the refund money is being delayed. So, I now have all of my friends/family bombarding both of his email addresses with emails asking for my refund.
