paid $700 for puppy, shipper refused to ship puppy without me paying for a better crate, rent at $1200, supposedly 95% returned. Could not produce a photo of the puppy at the airport, just didn’t feel right.

He sent $700 to them through Zelle (instant transaction) and never heard from them again. Our bank said bc it was an instant transfer there is not a thing they can do to help us.
They claimed to be in tue state of Illinois, but there is literally no way to find them.
The number we used to text with them has been disconnected already

We made an inquiry through text. When my husband attempted to call the number he used to text us, the call would not go through. He sent pictures and a video that would not open. Since we were not able to talk to anyone we found a local breeder.
