I got an email back from pembrokewelshcorgip@gmail.com, the person was located in West Virginia.
I asked for their name several times and no response. The puppies name was Levy, 11 weeks old.
First email response seemed automated so I asked a few questions.
I couldn’t find the information on line any longer so I googled the email address and I found Petscams.com.

Sadly, any money you have transferred is probably long since gone. Judging by the other comments for this website it appears the fraudsters are using Western Union as a payment gateway, so if you haven’t done so already I would report the scam to them by filling out this form.
