Sent an email from contact us part of the website which is info@trainedgermanshorthairedpointers.com and said they would respond in a day but to our surprise responded in 10-15 min. A lot of email communications back and fourth until one email said to pay $650 in full only using Google Pay, Zelle or Cash app. We only sent $400 and they said we would do the other $250 before we drive up to their kennel in South Georgia. I was adamant for a physical location and was given 4069 Shane TRL Ellenwood GA 30294. Then they told me payment thru Zelle not received even though it was verified by Zelle and our bank and showed proof of confirmation numbers. After that ANY & ALL communication stopped.

Signed a contract, paid $800, paid an additional $1500 for pet insurance to have the dog shipped then after a couple of hours we received a phone call from the alleged shipper saying they need another $1600. Now I’m working with my bank to try and recover some of my money. These people are low life garbage.
