My name is Melissa Wang and I wish I had seen this site before I proceed with the adoption! Thomas Zagne is a fraud and his facebook group: dachshunds for adoption is also a fake. This person uses http://www.airpetdelivery.com to ‘track’ the status of the pet transportation. The entire site is a fake service.

Attn: I paid $1400 via Zelle to Thomas Victor: sharkyxfantasy@gmail.com on 12/15/2020. I have reported to Chase(zelle) and gathered enough evidence to report this person to https://www.ic3.gov/.

I hope this post can help prevent others from getting defrauded by Thomas Zagne (Victor) and his many fake facebook groups for adoption! Please reach out to me if you have similar experiences or wish to work together in taking him down.
