They stated they would charge $900.00 for kitten, and it would be $1,100.00 with shipping on either Delta or United airlines to ship to us in Michigan. They have kittens in multiple ages within weeks of each other. Is this a sign of a kitten mill and yet they state in big, broad logo to be TICA breeder on their website: thekittensbreeders.com We have become so tired, and skeptical of ever finding a legit Russian Blue female kitten, we are ready to give up on ever finding a non kitten mill kitten.
