I now believe they are scammers, they are a part of a gang made up of the supposedly breeder, Skyline Courier Express Limited, who charged me $700 for pet insurance and a fake vet control services, who tried to charge me another $550 for vaccines and a dog city permit. I was supposed to have the puppy on the same day and after several excuses, I still do not have the puppy, and now they are not answering my texts. I filed a complaint with the FBI against Skyline trying to get the insurance money back. Will probably do the same with the breeder
