They will decline because they don’t have the puppy they are claiming to sell, and will probably send pictures or a pre-recorded video that they have stolen from a legitimate breeder.

They send a detiled email, with questions about owner to make sure puppies are going to a good home. The photos attached to the email doea not look fake. I haven’t seen any red flags in the email but how can I make sure they are legit and trustable?
