When I didn’t get the puppy, they gave me the excuse that the airline has changed their policy and now needs this specialized crate that cost $3,000! That’s when I knew my 10 year old was not getting his Maltese I had promised for they had already gotten the $700 I had saved up to get him the puppy. Very sad and embarrassing!
