Next time, I will not talk myself out of 3 warning signs:
1) when I said I wanted to pick up the dog myself, got no response despite repeated attempts
2) they had same kind of transport system offered
3) puppy was considerably less than “going” rate for bostons

Cardinal rule of buying puppies: be allowed to see facility, meet parents (oops) My first mistake.
