I found a puppy online at sheepadoodles.online and contacted them through their website questionnaire. They text me pretty quickly. I asked for additional videos and pictures of two puppies I was considering. They sent the videos and two more photos of each puppy within 20 minutes or so. We picked out which puppy we wanted and started the purchasing process. They asked us to send them $1550.00. So, I sent $500.00, because Zelle wouldn’t allow us to send the full amount.
We were going to send some money today as well. Luckily, I got up in the morning and ended up doing some research and found Petscams.com and posted was a picture of the puppy we were buying. It showed it was from May 2019, so we figured it all out before sending any more money. The phone number used to text with is 325-229-0678. The email address used is chesonbowie@gmail.com. I was supposedly texting with Cheson Bowie. Our Zelle transfer was made through our Bank. When we couldn’t transfer all the money through Zelle I was instructed to download the App Cash App, which I did. We attempted to set it up but ran into complications and gave up. The Cash App code we were given was a strange symbol MarieGono. I’m glad we didn’t send them the whole amount. This sickens me. We questioned things along the way, but they sent videos and we thought it had to be legit. Trust your gut.

We’ll continue looking for a puppy, but I’m going to get on a waiting list of a reputable breeder this time. Good Luck and try not to be too disappointed that someone took advantage of your honesty. I’d rather be on the outside looking in. Poor souls! Thieves!

Advertising multiple pic perfect 9 week old mini sheepadoodles , all potty/crate trained and deliverable w/in 48 hours. However, they want $$$ up front and no visits due to Covid. They demand “corresponding” ONLY via email/text but once I asked them for video proof of the pup, a physical name and address, IG or FB to prove validity of their operation they quit responding!!! FAKE, too many red flags: compared to reputable breeders: they refuse in person visits, they have no FB/IG accounts, and have “every puppy” immediately available. Reputable breeders are more transparent/more expensive/and have waitlists for 6-12 months. Definitely a case of “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is” Don’t fall for this, demand proof!! You should never have to pay BEFORE entering into a binding contract and never in full!!! Legit breeders take deposits first….remainder of payment upon delivery!!!

Marie, the simple answer to that is have a videocall with the breeder and make them show you the puppy live. if they cannot do that then they are fraudulent.
