I said, “I called TICA directly, and they’ve never heard of you. But that’s okay, you don’t need to be registered with TICA, but I would like your kennel number.”

I was told to hang on; they are checking with TICA to get their kennel number.
I said, “I already spoke with TICA on the phone; they’ve never heard of your kennel (Russian Blue Kennel).

Okay… clearly, they should know their own kennel number (and why would TICA know it?) IMMEDIATELY. Also, I asked several times for a name and have been ignored. (Also, they blocked my email, I imagine because I asked all these questions).

So I sent a text and asked where I should send my payment: PayPal or Venmo. I said, “Okay, what’s your name for my records?” No reply.

I’m still in the process of trying to get as much info. as possible.

I checked Google Maps; they have no address listed under Google Maps – the address they list on their site seems to be in a field or something: Home: 10780 Burlington Way N, Mobile, AL 36608

I’m trying to get their Paypal or Venmo directory now.

The “breeder” just texted me a TICA certificate that’s clearly been printed off somebody’s printer. So I called TICA and gave them the registration number just so I could confirm, and I was told it belonged to an entirely different cattery. The name on the phony certificate is “Cynthia Ang”.

Okay, they’re sending their Paypal directory. Turns out they’re having issues. I told them that’s okay, I have Venmo; I keep being told to “hold on”. Okay, I might get their Venmo name… Holding… ::fiddling fingers like a super villain:: Still waiting. Boy… These criminals. They really need to get it together.
