I texted back and forth with “Matthew Freeman” as well, like previous commenter. The payment method he asked me for was Zelle. I declined and told him zelle is not a protected form of payment should something go wrong. He offered me to pay half on venmo and then half when I receive the puppy….needless to say I declined. He sent me a contract with names and an address on it. Googled the address and the home does not look like any of the pictures of the puppies he sent. I got a copy/paste response when I mentioned again how I felt it was a scam. I did a google image search of the image of the parents he sent me. I found out he stole the image from a semi-famous Rottweiler instagram page run by a woman in the Netherlands. There is another website this same person is running – pbgermanrotts.com. The same puppies are listed there. SCAM!

I got a text saying this is Matthew Freeman. He wanted to get my info right away so he could process the purchase. I asked if Amex, Visa was ok and he said Venmo. We texted back and forth and i just had a weird feeling. I called the number listed (276) 221-6533 and the called drop 2 times in a row. I asked “Matthew” to call me and he had a heavy Russian accent and admitted he was Russian. I said Matthew Freeman was not a typical Russian name. He got offended.
He claims they are in Golden Colorado. Area code on number is Virginia. I looked up BBB and googled Freeman Rottweilers and Matthew Freeman Rottweilers and nothing came up except a m.mobilefacebook link. If you click on it, it takes you to what appears to be a facebook page with limited information. I went on facebook and search for same and nothing comes up.
He was pushing hard to get all my personal information and payment, Venmo only.
I told him i have a weird feeling and needed to verify them before moving forward.
This is a scam in my opinion, if not, i do apologize to Matt.
