I was promised a refund for the special crate needed to ship her on the aircraft from Tasmania and the extra insurance incase anything happened to her. All up including the price of Roxy and her transport =$1760 the crate =$1500 (claimed to be refundable) and extra insurance =$1250 (also claimed to be refundable) I am now out of pocket $4510.
I never thought this could happen to me.

They have a separate site for a courier company called Speed up Courier that I thought surely couldn’t be linked. I feel so naive and heartbroken. I am not computer savvy person just a kind person who has a lot of love affection and trust. If I can help even just one person from this horrible situation my embarrassment and now desperate financial situation it is worth telling my story. Please protect yourselves and your family.

We are not all from an IT background. I was contacted by a man called Jeffery on WhatsApp after contacting the Ragdoll website. His other associates were called Geoffrey and Turas. I believe they operate from Israle. The courier company they claimed to use is called Speed Up Couriers. It has a seperate website sight with spelling errors which I knew was a red flag but chose to ignore with the excitement of Roxy the kittens impeding arrival. Jeffery always answered my messages and appeared so kind and caring. I even sent photos of the beautiful set up I had created for Roxy my new kitten. He kept saying ‘trust me’ and when waiting for payment said ‘I’ll be waiting’. I knew it didn’t feel right but was so in love with the excitement of Roxy arriving.

Another thing they ask for is a screen shot of your payment into their accounts. I truly am so embarrassed and hurt and asked them do they have a mother? Would they like this to happen to her. It is truly cruel.
