  1. I literally just sent money to buy a corgi, and now I found this website. I have been looking for a corgi for so long, and I swear to god if all this is true, I am gonna break down. I was recently in the hospital for mental reasons and I could really use this dog companion…

    • Hi Anna,
Firstly, how did you send the money? If it was by WesternUnion, Moneygram etc please contact the company to try to stop the transaction.
These are professional criminals without a conscious . They often target people when they are at their most vulnerable.
You will not find a puppy at Premier Pups.
We publish these warnings to help as many people as possible. A LOT of people fall for these scams but we hope to limit the amount of money they lose.

I can not offer you any help with the stress I know you must be feeling except to tell you that it is now over, they cannot continue to scam you.
For what it is worth, I would recommend visiting your local puppy rescue and find the most deserving dog there. The benefits of pet ownership cannot be under estimated. You can buy a purebred which will help but rescuing an animal that needs you as much as you need him/her is exponentially better, for you and for the pup.
Good luck and dont let these criminals change your world.

  2. I joined the club yesterday. Paid 499.00 through Zelle a week ago….went on vacation. Puppy was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 29th…..surprise…intense weather….we need 995.00 refundable for crate. OK….weather bad…I get refund. 2 hours later….1200.00 for insurance. First thing should have been the fact they don’t take credit cards, and want WU or Moneygram. Shipper called today and said he was charging me $1.07 daily for extra food and care. See others have contacted BBB….I notified Zelle of fraud today and will be calling Pittsburg Police tomorrow. Guess if it looks too good…it isn’t.

  3. Well, I have been scammed by Premier Pupps and delivery company United Air Carrier. I paid for the puppy, then I paid for a special carrier of $995 and now they want and additional fee of $1200 for pet insurance. I am out $1500. And NO PUPPY! I am heart broken. I lost a beloved pet and I needed a puppy for the love I have missed. BEWARE

  4. I thought something was wrong with this supposed puppy place. . I had several email exchanges and phone conversations with a man from Pittsburg PA. There was commotion in the background, and after asking perhaps too many questions, and his answers were very vague, he said he couldn’t talk, to call him back the next day – which I never did. The website had generic descriptions of the puppies with no specifics – something a reputabe breeder would not do. Also, the $499. price including shipping was one of those too good to be true (because it wasn’t , I see). The pictures of the puppies online stayed the same. The entire operation seemed shady. I did not pursue dealing with them, and now seeing the comments, I’m glad I didn’t.

  5. I found this after the fact. They look legitimate, as I breed and sell dogs myself. I paid for a chihuahua to add to my lines and all I got was more emails and phone calls asking for more money. premierpupps@gmail.com premiers2pups@gmail.com zelle: Britan Scales. Phony delivery is united air movers claiming to be registered with Aphis and Animal Transportation Association. They aren’t registered with either. unitedaircarrier@gmail.com zelle: 22kfactory22@gmail.com Collin Kean and pups2deliver@gmail.com Weston Graham. There is no excuse for people doing business this way. I have reported them to the BBB and have learned they lied about their address and haven’t responded to BBB inquiry. These people must be shut down as it damages the reputations of honest people who do business online as well as the countless victims who lose hard earned money. The fellow I spoke with from this “air mover” company spoke with a french accent and had a phone number based out of Kilmarnock, Va. united air movers phone number: +1 804-435-5112. Premier phone number: +1 540-835-0598. I have all emails and photos of website and transactions. I would gladly share with anyone who wishes to go after them. I want justice.

  8. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this website until after I sent them $499.00 of my teenage daughters’ hard earned money for a pomsky puppy. They are supposed to be contacting me today with the travel information. I have contacted them, questioning their legitimacy and have yet to get a response. Lesson learned.

    • No need to apologise Alex!
It may sound harsh but we need this blanket ban otherwise we are smothered in comments from scammers. We do not publish this ban because sometimes scammers will promote their site.
That makes it easier for us to create a fraudwarning for them but this site is for consumers and not for collecting info on scams 😉
