Elizabeth Jakobs was arranging everything for us and on the morning of our supposed delivery, we received an urgent mail from a courier company that we need to place a deposit of an additional R30K on a crate for the puppy to travel in, as noblepetfindsa’s weren’t suitable anymore. I obviously declined it, but now that we want the refund on the puppy and the initial money on transfer, Mrs. Jakobs has stopped reading our messages and calls are being declined. I find it absolutely sickening how someone can excite a family with a potential new member [incl pictures] only to tear our hearts in 2 and steal our money in this time of despair. I have given them 24 hours to respond to me [wishful thinking], but I will then take the case further.
