I’ve been trying to find any info on these guys to make sure they were legit and then I found this thankfully I did and didnt send any money I had a text come from the # (980) 2097248 as well

I, myself, have a dog, golden retriever,who has puppies so I put an ad on hooblys. Within minutes, I got texts from at least 4 different phone number. But each one (which I assume was all the same person) wanted to send me a code, which I was then to send back to them so they know I’m real. Look, I’m texting, why would a code make me more real. But they seemed to think that if I was really real, the code would verify that. I told him that if he is real, he can call me if he wants to, without any code. And quit answering.
