The contact names they used were Hector. She sent $1,000 for the puppy, then next day he claims he needs $2,500 more for insurance before shipping. At first he wanted to recieve the money through Zelle, but that didn’t work, so he made her buy gift cards and take pics of the cards. Definitely a big Scam.
