The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party The trouble with a purchase like a puppy is that the internet is the most common place to look. No-one wants to support cruel breeding farms, and most legitimate breeders have websites and also advertise online. Criminals take advantage of this by creating their own websites and paying for advertising using stolen credit cards. These scammers have multiple websites which sell other puppys besides cavalier king charles spaniels. They normally go for the most popular breeds as they can find the most victims. If you enquire about one of their puppys they will offer you huge discounts. They will even throw in the best puppy food for your new puppy! Midwestcavaliers.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fake Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, veternary bills, medical insurance for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. I was looking into a smaller dog because I have high anxiety and would be training it to be a service dog. I was originally looking into a larger dog breed but I’ve since decided agent it because I fly and travel a lot and large dogs are hard to fly with. I was so happy when I found Midwest Cavaliers because they had small adorable puppies that seemed to be friendly and well socialized, I’m happy I decided to do some more research before my mum and I decided to go through with the purchase thank you
I almost pay them but at the last minute I had problems with the paypal account they share to me; so the insist to do the payment by Zelle, but it wasnt safe so I didnt want to…. then Paypal told me the account they send had problems beore so it was blocked; I pay them $500 but when i saw this webside i was able to cancel the trasfer so didnt loose the money but Im really sad that everything looks very real but they where SCAM.
Glann Jullyan, supposed to be the seller…. such a lier.
Told me they were outside of Cleveland, OH.
Thank you!! This person is still out there scamming. I will stop all communications with them.
I just had a dealing with this same company. Midwestcavaliers.com I paid over a thousand and when it came to have my puppy shipped they wanted even more money and had the fake shipping company call looking for me to send them another fifteen hundred. I wish I had more information before I sent the first amount.
The persons name was Glann Jullyan email address [email protected]
Phone numbers they used to text me are

I sent them a message asking for my money back and also gave them a few days to send it back and they messaged back all I had to do is send them 400 and I could have my puppy sent right away. They really had me fooled and it was so heart breaking that they knew they were taking money and never had my puppy at all. I really don’t understand how they are still getting away with this. It’s so sad and disappointing that there are people out there doing this to so many off us. I really hope they get shut down before another family gets hurt like me and so many others have so far. I saved everything and all messages that was sent to me from this company. I received a message when I refused to send more money that I was a lier and was never serious about wanting the puppy because I wouldn’t send them anymore money to them. I am going to talk to my bank and see if there is a way to get my money back as I sent the money as a etransfer. The email I sent the etransfer to was [email protected]
I really hope the information I provided will help others not to be scammed.
I have been searching for a King Charles cavalier for some time and was totally thrilled when I came upon Midwest cavaliers. The price was fantastic….$700.00 included the puppy plus delivery to my home within 24 hours. I live in Canada. Other breeders averaged around $2,500.00. Thought the price was too good to be true so decided to do a bit of research. Thank goodness I did! Discovered Myron Canter has scammed quite a few people out of their hard earned money but more important, he has hurt so many people emotionally! Hope he pays the price!
Myron Carter emailed me from this email address: [email protected]. I have purchased a pure bred Cavalier King Charles puppy. Make sure you ask plenty of questions when purchasing from a breeder, especially online if you can't visit in person. Most reputable breeder would never offer to put a puppy on a plane like cargo. Cavalier King Charles puppies cost $1500-$4000. Any price like what Myron offered me of $700 including delivery is always going to be a scam.

My parents were trying to purchase a puppy with this person. I am the daughter and I made the Zelle payment as my parents did not have that or the app. Turns out he is fraudulent.
Thanks to your website I still have my money. Just a scam as said
This is the website that I reached out to, inquiring about a puppy: https://akccavalierpups.com/available-puppies. I was contacted my a Myron Canter from [email protected].
This site midwestcavaliers.com and its fraudulent shipping service partner (animalsawayS.com) are a 100% fraud from start to finish… these crooks steal pictures of dogs from various Instagram accounts … just perform a quick search and you will see for yourself. Please don’t get scammed as we did… the good news is that we’ve already learned that various governmental agencies are already investigating this operation. Unfortunately for us, we didn’t catch this before it was too late…
I wish I would have figured this out sooner. My heart is broken. I paid “Myron” $350 and things started getting weird. He wouldn’t send me any concrete information, or tell me where I could pick up the puppy, because I was willing to drive to get her. I am not rich, I am young and have been saving my money for a dog. I feel so used and dumb. I spent tonight crying over a dog that doesn’t exists at least not for me. I hate these people who do this and I want them to get caught. I keep asking for my money back but all he says is wait until tomorrow when you have your puppy you will be happy then, but won’t tell me how the puppy is getting to me. All I wanted was that puppy. Losing the money sucks, but at least I figured it out before I gave him more but I just fell in love with her. My heart is broken.

Scam or real, the more I communicated the more I became convinced it was a scam. I offered several options to provide payment for a puppy that included a cashier’s check but was told I needed to do a zelle pay or to purchase a Walmart gift card to scratch off and send them the code. They wanted proof I could send them money but they could not provide me with proof or documentation that an actual puppy would be delivered. We contacted our local police and provided them with this information.
