We just got scammed. Paid a deposit for a dog and then all kinds of reasons why we couldn’t do the pick-up. Then they just stopped replying to any emails. When my step-daughter did inquiry into the same dog, they sent her the same email saying the dog is available and she needs to pay the deposit etc. That’s when we knew. It’s scary – since they look legit. Even has the AKC emblem on their websites with testimonials and everything.
