It looks to be a scam. I called them about a dog, and they send they can deliver it to me, and also promised to give papers, documents and vet certificates. They also asked for a wire transfer and $200 dollars for pet transport. I was suspicious of the wire transfer, and then found your website and article above. I then asked to setup a video chat (they had given me a whatsap contact) so I could see the dog, and to send screenshots of the documents. They refused to show the documents and said they were too busy to make a call. I can supply the number they used and the bank account they gave me.
