The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party Martelldachshundpuppy.com is not a puppy breeders website and this is not a review of Martelldachshundpuppy.com. This is a warning. They claims to sell puppys but the domain was actually created by criminals in order to defraud people wanting to buy a dachshund. Once you express interest in buying one of the puppys the scammer will send you a template email telling you a lot of details about the puppy as well as information on the best puppy food to use, and how you should take care of your new puppy. They will even send you “proof” by showing you pictures they have stolen off the internet of dachshund puppys. Martelldachshundpuppy.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Pet Delivery Service. The “delivery company” is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, an air conditioned travel crate, pet medication delivery for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. These scammers have even been known to charge for pet food delivery for a non existent pet! To see more scam websites involving dachshund puppy have a look at Dachshund Puppy Scams.ScreenShot

There was a theft by deception in January of this year in which the victim saw the Martell Dachshund website and was wanting to purchase a Dachshund puppy. The victim contacted a “Ryan James Martell” at 921-551-6157 and agreed to put a down payment (550.00) on the purchase of a puppy. The victim was instructed to send the money to an email address at [email protected]. via the victim’s Zelle account. Arrangements were made so that the victim would pick up the puppy at 31121 Woodview Drive, New Baltimore, MI. The victim received a message from “Ryan James Martell” who informed the victim that due to Covid the puppy would be sent to the victim via Express Pet Relocation. The victim received an email from Express Pet Relocation informing that the puppy could not be shipped due to the weather and that informed that the puppy would need a special heated crate at a cost of $1,000.00 with a $800.00 refund once the puppy was delivered to the victim. The victim sent the money to a “Steven David” at an email address of [email protected]. The victim was again contacted and instructed to go to a Walgreen or CVS store and purchase American Express gift cards, 4 gift cards at an amount of $500.00 each. The victim was also told that shipping and insurance on the puppy would cost an additional $2,000.00 and ended up with a loss of $3,550.00. The contact number for “Ryan James Martell” returns to SE Georgia, possibly in or near Hazelhurst, GA. Buyer be ware!
Hello Jim!
You are completely right! The fake breeder sent me a copy of your son’s ID!!!!!! I cannot believe this
They seem to do this for EACH victim: impersonate a new identity, address, etc.. I am NOT certain how they obtained your SON”s complete ID
They stole $2100 from me last weekend.
I am trying to work the authorities in Cameroon, where these people are located and get them arrested.
I am filing a report with the FPC and the BBB>this is the second time I was scammed buying a puppy fora friend! This cost me $2100 with Martell!! They are disgusting individuals, pieces of trash actually who belong in jail I am SO sorry they somehow stole your son’s ID! Their fake phone numbers have been disconnected since Monday. They do NOT respond to e-mails except to insult and abuse… I know they are in CAMEROON, just a question of finding them, So sorry
Hello
I was SCAMMED by MartellDachshundPuppy.com just last week! The stole$2100 from me with a FAKE puppy called Whiskey and a fake shipping company, which asked $1500 from me for a fake thermal pet crate! $2100! I knew they were a scam when they wanted even more money, $2000 for a fake pet insurance. Thank goodness my bank stepped in. They fake pet shipper had me go to CVS and Walgreens to get 4 $500 cash cards. Thank goodness I knew this was a scam. They then started abusing me verbally, insulting me, intimidating and THREATENING me with Pet abandonment fees, something that does NOT exist. They even sent me a video of the supposedly puppy: this was FAKE too, with a different dog!
These people DO NOT even have puppies, and use a different identity for EACH victimThey just shut down their website today after opening it on January 17th. They probably made over $20000 or even more with this.
Their fake phones were disconnected on Monday, I have e-mailed them countless times, only to receive 1 insulting response
Their first e-mails and texts are copied and pasted from somewhere else.
They are located in CAMEROON, West Africa: I recognized the accent from the fake pet shipping company
I do not understand how people can DO this I really do not/ I have SIX rescued dogs, I was buying a puppy for a friend who is going through rough times. Now she has everything else (i.e.toys, bowls, food, etc.. ) but NO puppy
I found out that Whiskey actually belongs to a FAMILY in OREGON!
I am trying to find these people so I can have them ARRESTED and sent to JAIL where they belong!
They have scammed SO many people.@
This is the James Martell, Someone is using my name and address to sell Dash hound puppies. MY son is in the Airforce stationed in Hawaii and in December was scammed trying to buy a Labrador puppy at Christmas. The Perpetrators have his drives licenses and information and are now using it.. He has filed paper work to proper governmental agency..
