I too fell victim to this horrible man losing $1900. I also received similar emails convincing me to transfer the money to the Commonwealth Bank after which he kept insisting the money was not received. After checking with my bank the money had in fact been received by his bank. Unfortunately, after many attempts to retrieve my money I had no success and all communication from the man stopped.
I did call the AKC to check the number Manson had provided only to be told they do not register mixed breeds and the number given was another breeder’s number and there was no association between the two.
Do not fall for his scam. There should be a way of stopping this cruel man as it appears he has been doing this since 2008 and continues to create new websites with different breeds.

I almost got scammed aa well. They’ve got anothee website called Loyaltygdenretriverspup.com

I’ve been wanting a holden retriever but they are so expensive and i found this website and it’s $1650 for a golden retriever! They’ve sent me a video and photos of the puppy and i fell in love with it. Just as i was about to make a payment i was wondering why it was so easy and i asked their ABN number. I also wanted to pick the puppy up in person rather flyinh them over from tasmania, but this is his response Thank you so much for your reply and answers to the questions, I am so happy to know that you are willing to rehome Jess. They’ve just tried it on me with https://fallochschnauzers.com/home/ – miniature schnauzers. I requested ABN and address prior to depositing and then did a bunch of searching and found a post about them on facebook and here. Couldn’t clearly verify any of their information – looks as though they’ve stolen a legit ABN and name from a dog groomer in Tasmania. What a shitty thing to do during a pandemic (or at any time really). I feel for people who get duped by these mongrels.

These crooks have another site now cockerandspoodlepups.com they give the ABN of Lesley Manson though the address they give is a vacant lot in Tasmania. They use a bogus transport company guaranteepetsexpress.com who will email you asking for further money for the transport to take place. We lost $1950 and we looked up all the scam sites before we paid the money but unfortunately they were smarter than us. The bank account they used is a Commonwealth account which has the name Manson Lesley which should have caused alarm bells to ring, plus sent a fake Bills of Sale so it was grammatically incorrect. Our bank couldn’t help us saying they will request the 3rd party to return the funds

They are at it again with ‘Labrador puppies for sale’ this time. Same style of scam with very similar wording and images of puppies and videos. Very cute and adorable designed to really pull you into the scam. I did email them and they replied they go under the name of ‘ Welfare Labrador Home’ so be careful! They are ‘based’ in Tasmania but not connected to any formal puppy breeder association through checking via my research. Seems this scam is across several breeds and the tactics are similar. Sad to know that some people will be ‘hooked in’ . Please do your checking and research, it will save you a whole lot of grief and money.
