Then the fraudsters emails will get shorter and normally keep to sms messages. This is because the first email is a template where as you are now dealing with the actual scammer. Pretty much the same as all the rest, said the female puppy Orla was $850, claimed they were in Minnesota, dew claws Spade and any kind of training questions said it came with a puppy kit which included color harness leash ect. I sent them $350 for a down payment through PayPal, a week later I was to send the $500 payment and then they would register the pup and send me a shipping identification number, first they said they would fly her in to the closest airport to me and I would come and pick her up, then they said they needed all of my shipping information and they would have someone from the shipping company drive the puppy directly to my home. Here are the phone number and email’s they used. [email protected] [email protected] #651-417-0227
Sadly , this was my first time buying a puppy and so I fell for it. He said the puppy was $750 and that that included everything, first shots and papers as well as a crate for shipping. I paid that through Zelle then I was sent an email from the shipping company (same as previously stated above) saying that the puppy was ready to ship. I then got another email saying that due to the coronavirus the puppy needed to be shipped in a ventilated crate, which I stupidly paid for as they said it was refundable $1100. Then they sent another email requesting an additional $700 for a rabies vaccine and microchip that they claimed was need for the puppy to fly. This is finally the point where I caught on and refused to pay. The seller then contacted me saying he could pay half. I said no and then he agreed to to pay the full $700 and sad he would do so in the morning, which was yesterday May 7th. Well it’s the 8th and I texted the shipping company asking if the seller had been in to pay , he said yes but I haven’t heard from either one since then. I tried calling both phone numbers and no one picks up. Ugh… I am just sick to my stomach that I actually fell for this. $1800 bucks that I will not get back and my daughter doesn’t have a puppy.
I reported my information to the BBB with more details and am including them here:
Claimed they were in Minnesota. Price was $750.00 for the price of the boxer and that included all items – puppy, papers, shipping costs, etc.
Phone number used to contact from was 651-417-0227, but will probably change by tomorrow. They will ask you to Venmo or CashApp money to @Linsey-woodbury. When I asked for the name of who I was dealing with – they wouldn’t give full name, just “Mani”.
They emailed from the email address for the boxer business from [email protected].
When shipping details were discussed, the emails came from [email protected] and multiple phone calls from the name Mike Brooley with the signature block of:

The delta global logistic is a legitimate business that they are using illegally in their fake emails. “Mike” calls attempting to use a fake Indian accent. Mike later told me about the price jump to $1300 for shipping insurance and an electronic air conditioned crate – all of which this money will be fully refunded after I receive the puppy in person. If only I would pay immediately using Zelle money transfer. I stated that I did not have Zelle account. He said he would contact the original person who gave him the dog – would not give me the name of that person either. I asked why they wouldn’t accept a credit card. Wasn’t going to give it at this point, but trying to get more information. They said that their credit card machines were down until further notice and that they needed a Zelle payment only. Very quickly needed to end the call to contact the “person who gave them the pet”.
“Mani” texted me stating that he was contacted by the shipping company and that if I venmo the money directly to him/her that they will send the money to the shipping company. I then stated to refund my initial venmo transaction and have not heard back from either number since.

As stated from their email “1 Year health Guarantee, Health Certificate, Shot Records. Play Toys / Treats. Our Contact info for Lifetime Support. Collar and Leash. – Papers. Blanket (great for taking home mom’s smell) Medium. Food menu 30 days 100% money-back Guarantee. 100% lifetime satisfaction Guarantee Up to date with shots and Vaccines A handbook on my knowledge and my expertise for any training /problems/questions etc. for the life of the dog. In addition to the importance of medical attention, we do NOT let our pups go into homes where they would live permanently outside! We consider placing our pups in your home, regardless of your location… ”
They really sound like they cared about the puppies, but it is all a lie to pull at your heart strings.

Claimed they were in Tulsa OK for us. The usual, send money now, we set up shipper, puppy comes w (lists numerous items). Price was $600 shipped and $100 discount if we bought two. Boxer puppies are priced around $2,000 to start so red flag went up.
Phone numbers used by “Mani” 405-294-6159, 918-300-0249 for voice and text and email address [email protected] ; spoke on phone, texted on phone, emailed photos; disappeared once pressed for an address to come see puppies; forced the issue and asked him numerous questions, He promised to deliver a puppy within 8 hours. He requested all the moeny up front and when we balked he offered a special deal – half before delivery and half after so I guess he was going to settle for half a scam.
