This was the first time that we were going to get a pet. I paid them for 2 puppies. Everything seemed legit until the pet delivery company was asking for $1700 to rent a dog carrier. When I told the breeder that I’d have to cancel my purchase due to not being able to pay the rental fee they stopped responding.
