I wanted a French bulldog for a long time and finally set it up to bring one home for Xmas which was for my 11 yr old daughter. I used the same company http://www.frenchbulldoghome.com. on their website they had many different puppies available. After i chose Jake he was $690 plus $150 for shipping which brings total cost to $840. Once payment was made i would receive the puppy within 24-48 hours. Payment was done through zelle and arrangements were made to pay 500 and pay the rest of the fee on pick of the puppy. Once i made the payment for $500 the woman changed the plans and wanted the rest of the money sent with either an apple gift card or a visa vanilla gift card which totally screams the word scam..This whole thing was a terrible scam and i got screwed out of $500 and my daughter Didnt get her puppy and that really made me upset. Ive tried to get the money back or contact these bastards but they had there phone disconnected. Good thing is a had saved every text and email with this woman. I still have the phone number they used and 2 different emails as well. I tried contacting zelle and my bank to get my refund of $500.. The worst part of this without getting a refund I cant afford to get my daughter her puppy. If anyone has any ideas or any ways I can possibly get these losers to refund me… P.s If anyone wants the emails, phone number, zelle address. I have it all saved and would like to post it. Hopefully it cant help someone out. .. Thanks
