The management of INTEL PRO LOGISTICS wishes to bring the following to your attention: After working on the travel and health papers of your Kitten, We discovered that the papers are accurate and comply with the shipping rules and regulations. We hereby confirms that we have received and registered your Kitten here, and we are responsible for the Kitten until it is safely delivered, But due to the temperature changes between the departing and arriving Airports and different terminals, The travel crate provided by your sender( Martine Schultz ) was rejected by the Airline veterinarians because it is not an Airline approved standard.

We really have to take every security measure to make sure your Kitten arrive in good health, physically strong and avoid having problems with the quarantine department of the arriving Airport. It should be noted that your Kitten must only be shipped in an Airline approved crate standard. So you are therefore required to pay a caution and rental fee to hire a crate before your Kitten can be shipped.

 *TRAVEL CRATE REQUIREMENTS

1). ELECTRONIC PET TRAVEL CRATE

 * Suitable water dishes in terms of size and material.

 * Crate must possess proper ventilation with holes on all four sides.

 * Proper crate size is required so that the pet can stand up and turn around comfortably.

 * Flooring of the crate must lie flat in case you choose to send a regular bed.

The crate provided by your shipper is a domestic crate, which is not suitable for a long distance flight due to the atmospheric conditions, We require an electronic temperature regulating travel crate. Without this crate, we are sorry that we will not be able to carry out the shipment of your Kitten because, should there be any health problems as a result of the transportation, we will be held responsible. We have the crates here at our agency which can be rented out to our customers..

*HOW TO HIRE A THERMAL ELECTRONIC PET TRAVEL CRATE FOR YOUR KITTEN

We have different varieties and PD(Power Drive ) here at our agency. We do not sell these crates out to our customers, we offer them on Hire/Rental terms to safeguard animals on flight. The money paid for a crate rental will be fully refundable to receiver (ONLY) upon delivery/pickup of the Kitten, a proper identification from the receiver will be needed. You will return the crate so you do not have to take your Kitten with the ventilated crate because your caution fee will be refunded instantly.

Once this payment is done and confirmed, your Kitten will be on the next available flight that takes off in a couple of hours.

The payment should be done as soon as possible so that the Kitten can be ship to you today on time, if the fee is not provided; then the Kitten will not be dispatched from our detention and will spend more on daily feeding until the cashier confirms the payment for the travel crate. Once the payment is done and confirmed, a confirmation receipt for proof of refunds to ensure a 100% assurance for the transaction will be emailed to you.
