We were in the process with these people when I noticed a response using templates (different fonts throughout the email). They asked us to use Zelle to pay them but when we went to give them half down so they would meet us the next day with pup, their email popped up as not valid so we could not pay. My wife started to research on PC and found this site.. yay! I could not find anything using phone…

I cannot imagine how many people/families with excited children were ripped off and disappointed..
