The address will have no connection to the actual scam as they will be an innocent third party The trouble with a purchase like a puppy is that the internet is the most common place to look. No-one wants to support cruel breeding farms, and most legitimate breeders have websites and also advertise online. Criminals take advantage of this by creating their own websites and paying for advertising using stolen credit cards. These scammers have multiple websites which sell other puppys besides dachshunds. They normally go for the most popular breeds as they can find the most victims. If you enquire about one of their puppys they will offer you huge discounts. They will even throw in the best puppy food for your new puppy! Laymandoxies.com will claim to deliver the puppy using a Fake Delivery company which is actually another scam website they set up in order to steal your money by charging for non existent delivery, veternary bills, pet medication delivery for your puppy as well as multiple other fees. These scammers have even been known to charge for pet food delivery for a non existent pet! To see more scam websites involving dachshund puppys have a look at Dachshund Puppy Scams.ScreenShot

I was in contact with the supposed owner of Layman Doxies when we found a puppy we wanted on the site. Owner asked questions but only communicated via text. When I asked what food to get they said Purina which didn’t sit right but I let it go. Prior to sending money I was supposed to sign a contract. When I attempted to read it, the website suddenly wouldn’t load no matter what I tried. When I mentioned the problem they just asked for my address for shipment but I actually planned to do in person pickup. I told them I had a little boy excited to get a dog so wanted everything to go smoothly. Suddenly they went silent. I should have done it sooner but I did a search on the phone number (804) 256-9964 and found several comments from victims who’d been scammed out thousands. Also that the previous site was Homeofdoxies.com. I imagine the phone number will be changed since I let then know I knew when I ended contact.
Wow almost bought a dog from them… But it was weird that a foreign guy called me when its a picture of a white lady… Seemed too good to be true… I hate he said he was a Christian because it just makes us look bad and he did that to try to convince and manipulate you into thinking he’s a good person… The phone number he used was +1 804-256-9964,
