I was scammed out of $5580. I purchased a puppy for $700 from “Larry”. Then I was contacted by a shipping agency who said I was responsible for a ” refunfable” $2800 for missing paperwork and vaccine. An additional $980 for a COVID quarantine restriction lift and and additional $1800 to send insurance documents and release the puppy. They also told me I could not receive my refund unless I opened an offshore Account.
