They told us it was unsafe to send the money to someone we did not know. And if we didn’t know the owner and hadn’t seen the puppy, it was not safe. We cancelled the transaction right away. There is no safe way they take your money, no way that you have any recourse, or anyway you could get your money back once it is transferred. We really wanted the puppy, but are so happy we did not do this! We will find a reputable dealer.
